Alyson Noel's BLUE MOON is the second book in her Immortals series of which she plans there to be a total of five books. Her characters are well drafted, giving Ever a lot of the aspects that almost every sixteen year old girl would want, yet still leaving major obstacles around each of those aspects as well, grounding them in reality. I do recommend reading EVERMORE, the first of the Immortals series, in order for the reader to get a better picture of who the characters are.
