Can of Fruit Cocktail - Drained
Sour Cream
Flaked Coconut - Optional
Maraschino Cherries, Halved - Optional

Take your fruit cocktail. Add sour cream to moisten. Add optional flaked coconut to your liking, and the same for the cherries. Place in the refrigerator and cool, for 3-4 hours. Some people will add a couple of drops of lemon juice for an added burst of flavor. Too much will make it watery. It's quick, tasty, and a great summer salad that goes over well!!
