Re: The Devil in Disguise (1:11pm April 23, 2011):

I love book recommendations the best since I love to read plus I like to be able to pass on good book idea's to friends and family.

Re: A Thread So Thin (6:45pm May 17, 2010):

I had three sisters so no need for imaginary friends...lol

Re: Live To Tell (12:43pm May 12, 2010):

I can't think of anything recently that I have had to cancel except doctor appts. I lead a boring life...lol

Re: The You I Never Knew (4:54pm March 14, 2010):

I guess like a lot of others it depends on my mood. Hang in there Sandi, keeping my thoughts and prayers with you.

Re: Chick with a Charm (3:48pm February 19, 2010):

I would have to say both. We have a dog who I adore but my daughter brought home an all black cat name Chris but we call him Chrissy. He is kind of tempermental though. He likes to be loved on when he is in the mood...lol

Re: Down By The River (3:27pm February 1, 2010):

I did read a book for a book discussion I probably would not have read otherwise and really enjoyed it and that was,The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society. You had a great month reading, I think I only fit in about 5 books this month.

Re: Down By The River (5:07pm January 24, 2010):

Yes I love series too, right now I am reading Sookie Stackhouse series, the southern vampire mystery series by Charlaine Harris and also the Carr- Virgin River Series.

Re: Forbidden Falls (3:09pm January 20, 2010):

I am still trying to figure out how to use my MP3 player but the one you have sounds great.

Re: Kindred In Death (4:59pm November 8, 2009):

I like series in one way but not another because it keeps me from reading new authors sooner. I looked and our district has 35 copies of that book but 126 reserves...wow

Re: The Promise (4:38pm October 11, 2009):

Do what you feel like doing at the time Sandi, I try to mix it up a bit. A new one, an old one or whatever looks good at the time. Although reading all these reviews sometimes I find myself trying a lot new stuff too.

Re: Lucky Break (10:44am October 7, 2009):

Well my PC is in my greatroom which is near the kitchen and the laundry. I try to do a little fun or work on PC and mix it with TV. Chores and
reading during commercial breaks usually get done or during David Letterman's monologue....lol If I am home alone less chores get done and more reading gets done. :)

Re: Red Hot Lies (2:19pm August 30, 2009):

I don't really mind one way or another if it is written in
the first person. Right now I am reading one told from the dog's point of view...lol

Re: The Fixer Upper (2:32pm August 23, 2009):

I get tired of this attitude towards most romance books but have found reading a variety of genres keeps reading fresh for me. Great thoughts Sandi!

Re: Mackenzie's Legacy (8:57pm July 27, 2009):

Some of Nora Roberts characters or Robyn Carr's Virgin River series. Can't think of their names though.. I like the Hollow series. I like to read John Grogan's books too.. Marley and Me and his other one where he went on vaca with his parents. He cracks me up.

Re: The Warrior (11:08am May 29, 2009):

I am not an impulsive buyer.. well at least most of the time. I try to stick to a list.

Re: Pretty in Plaid (4:22pm May 17, 2009):

I am usually early and then I hate the waiting..lol

Re: Comfort Food (3:32pm May 5, 2009):

I just finished Thirteen Reasons Why on Audio and am
Reading the last in the Twilight series...I usually
pick up whatever I have that is on reserve first to read so I can pass it on to the next person waiting.

Re: The Promise (11:33am April 20, 2009):

I have enjoyed reading I think since about the second grade. I remember Mom saying
" Joy put that book down and go outside and play." I remember the Little House Series, Box Car Children, Nancy Drew, Trixie Belden and more... It takes you to a different place.

Re: Obama (11:41pm January 19, 2009):

I used to read biographies of movie stars but haven't in a long time. Maybe I should give it a try again sometime.

Re: A Virgin River Christmas (1:09pm October 27, 2008):

I love her books and I am looking forward to reading the Christmas one. Great post Sandi!
