My Daughter's Hydrangea

My son in law gave my daughter a potted hydrangea for Easter when they were dating. I planted it in our back yard. And every spring, it pops up - I forget about that happening every year since and when I glance outside the patio door and see it, I remember that time that he gave it to her and think how hardy the flower is.
