Who can't resist a deviled egg?
- 6 boiled eggs

4 slices of crisp fried bacon
-
2 tbsp. pickle relish
-
1/2 tsp. vinegar
-
1/3+1 tbsp. of mayonnaise

2 tsp. of mustard
cut eggs in half, scoop out the yolks,mash the yolks with a fork, then add
mayo, mustard and vinegar, mix well,then crumble the bacon and add to the yolk
mixture along with the pickle relish.scoop the yolk mixture into the egg
halves,cover and chill overnight.no one will ever know if you left a few errant
lumps of yolk.
