Re: A Scandalous Countess (5:28pm February 16, 2012):

I LOVE both Regency and Georgian novels! Historical Romance for me is
a fun escape from reality, not that I would trade my life as a mom for
anything! You know what's fun; picturing modern day movie, Tv or sports
stars (even politicians) surviving in life so long ago LOL! I think the hero's
in the books put them all to shame ;~) Thanks for doing this contest!
What's better than a contest with 4 historical romance ebooks giveaway!

Re: Fever (8:14am January 25, 2012):

I've heard that before, doing something for 21 days in a row creates a
habit .... if only I could get past day 5! LOL!!!!! "Fever" sounds like an
AMAZUNG book! The cover is very eye-catching!!!!!!!! Best wishes :~)

Re: The Return Of The Stranger (5:50am November 20, 2011):

This book sounds wonderful! I haven't had a new book in awhile, since our
Borders closed. It's so sad! My nearest book store now is about an hour
away :~( I am hoping that my favorite authors (you included!) have
ebooks! I am putting the Kindle Fire on my Christmas list so I have easy
access to books !

Re: Knight of Runes (2:35pm November 14, 2011):

This book sounds AMAZING! The cover alone would have me buying it ;~)
Time travel books are my all time favorites! Borders was the ONLY
bookstore in my area, and it is so upsetting that now we have none. This
prize being an ebook is awesome! I have an e-reader on my wishlist!

Re: Magnificent Passage (8:45pm July 12, 2011):

I am a HUGE fan of yours and would LOVE to read Magnificent Passage! My all time favorites are: The Handmaiden's Necklace, The Devil's Necklace, The Bride's Necklace, Innocence Undone, just to name of few of your books I've read! They are on a bookshelf in my office, occasionally loaned out, where they will remain forever LOL! <3 I am a huge fan of the "old fashioned" romances! :~)

Re: Awaken The Highland Warrior (1:54pm May 18, 2011):

I love how you explained how you
identidy yourself with the main
female character, it was fun and
interesting to read! I am a huge
fan of historical highland novels,
esp time travel. Its not very often
you read anout a highlander from
the past traveling into our time
period! Its usually the heroine
going back in time. Can't wait to
read it! BTW, your picture reminds
me so much of a girl I went to High
School with! (Which is a good thing
in this case LOL)

Re: Never A Gentleman (6:50pm April 26, 2011):

This book sounds amazing! I am a huge fan of historical romance, but
sometimes I just get tired of the all perfect, beautiful main character! I am
also a huge fan of Fresh Fiction! I have found so many great authors and
new books here! Thanks :~) <3

Re: The Return Of Black Douglas (11:46am April 1, 2011):

I LOVE TIME TRAVEL HISTORICAL ROMANCES! I have been dying to find a new one, and this is it! It sounds amazing! My all time favorites have Highlanders in them. I am so happy to have found Fresh Fiction, as I have discovered so many new fabulous authors here! Please enter me in your contest :~) >3
I just saw your "Graham Series" on your website! Can't wait to read them too!

Re: Against The Wind (5:22pm January 3, 2011):

I LOVE reading trilogies! There is nothing better than reading an amazing book, and knowing there is more to come, knowing that you'll get a snipet of a previous character(s) you've come to know and love! And what's better than cowboys to base a trilogy on! I am a HUGE fan of yours and am SO looking forward to reading these books :~) Happy New Year!

Re: An Accidental Seduction (9:11pm October 28, 2010):

My hero would have to be Mike
Rowe from Dirty Jobs LOL! Aside
from being a hottie, he used to be an
opera singer! Tall, dark and
handsome and risks it all to get
down and dirty ! :~)

Re: Captive of Sin (11:08am November 24, 2009):

I am a HUGE fan of yours! "Captive of Sin" sounds AMAZING! I can't wait to read it!

My favorite tortured hero was actually named SIN! I wish I could remember the name of the book! Grrrrr! This hero was deep and dark, shunned by his stepmother, father and brothers, but his hard core shell is broken by the girl who truly loves him and gives him a family of his own. We like to see the tortured hero rewarded with love!

Re: One Lucky Cowboy (9:45am November 5, 2009):

OMG! Could a book cover be any hotter! As for Jane Day eating all that food and not gaining a pound, I am totally jealous! How amazing it is to loose yourself in a good book!

Re: Captive Desires (10:39am November 2, 2009):

I am a HUGE fan of paranormal romance! My favorite creative escape is kind of boring LOL! It is crocheting! I would love to be a character from a book in the "real world"! But moreso a character from a paranormal, time-travel romance book!

Re: The Cowboy From Christmas Past (10:04am November 1, 2009):

UGH! I HATE cooking a whole turkey! i have to have my husband remove the giblets .... shudder!! How about some Chineese Food and Pizza instead!

Re: The Last Ember (9:15am October 27, 2009):

Congratulations to your 5 past years, and many more to come!

Re: My Unfair Lady (3:59pm October 26, 2009):

LOL! This sounds great! I can't wait to read more about Summer and "His Grace" It sounds like a "can't put it down" book! I will be marking my calendar for the release!

Re: Fool Moon (5:51pm October 24, 2009):

When my children were little, I was
desperately searching for a book for
them that I loved when I was a child!
The book was called "Splish, Splash
& Splush" about three little ducklings.
A friend recommended that I try
eBay, and I found it! I was the
firstbidder at $5.00. Never thinking
that anyone else would be
interested, I didn't check the auction
again until it was over, figuring I had
the book. Nope! It had bid to over
$20.00! I checked eBay for almost a
year after that, but never saw
another one listed. One day when
the were a little older, but not too old
for the book, I saw it for sale at a
church auction! By the time I was
able to get to the table it was on, it
was gone! A few more years pass
with the occassional checks on
eBay, no luck. Now my kids are a bit
old for the book, but I can't give up
looking for it! Last year, while finally
going through my attic, guess what I
found? .... Yup! "Splish, Splash &
Splush" My daughter read it and
thought it was cute, my son didn't
want to read it. So, now I have it put
on a shelf with my other treasured
books in hopes that someday I will
have grandchildren to read my
favorite childhood book to! All the
years of searching and I had it all
along!

Re: Santa Honey (2:12pm October 23, 2009):

I agree with donating books to the libraty, esp in this economy. I have discovered many great authors new to me by purchasing used books from the library, and then buying new ones from a bookstore or on-line. But if I LOVE the author, the books finds a permanent home on my bookshelf here at home LOL!

That is another great thing about having acutal books in your hands, they can be proudly displayed in your home. you can't do that with e-books ;~)

Re: Santa Honey (1:00pm October 23, 2009):

Hi Sandra! You mentioned that you are on a Maggie Osborne kick! I highly recommend her book "Prarie Moon"! I also have "Emerald Rain", "Lady Reluctant", "Yankee Princess" .. to name a few! Fantastic author! When I find an author that I really like, I try and buy all of her books, and I keep them in a permanent place on my LARGE bookshelf! Which, of course, now includes you! I now have 4 of your books, and after reading above the recommendation of "Truly, Madly, Viking", I am off to Amazon dot com to order it for my collection!

Another 3 authors that I HIGHLY recommend are Veronica Wolff (who has a new book coming out next week!), Monica McCarty and Karen Marie Moning! Veronica Wolff writes AMAZING time travel historical romances, Monica McCarty writes AMAZING highlander romances, and Karen Marie Moning writes AMAZING stories that all include Fey, some historical time travel romances, some not!

I have to laugh when reading author presentation of a "modern day woman" and her views, speach and ideas to a "historical man" who she has been destined to meet after traveling back in time!

They do say that laughter is the best medicine for the soul!

I hope that thoughtless people wo illegally download books do not ruin everything for you wonderful authors and for us wonderful fans!

Best wishes to you and for all that you do. Thank you.

Re: Santa Honey (6:44am October 23, 2009):

I would first like to say that I learned about "Viking Heat" here on Fresh Fiction!

As you mentioned in your blog, I went to the bookstore and bought it, along with another book. I have also ordered and received "The Bewitched Viking" "The Blue Viking" and "My Fair Viking" because I LOVED "Viking Heat" and it made me laugh out loud in parts!

Personally, I am not a fan of ebooks. To me there is nothing like being curled up with a good book in your hands, or browsing through a real bookstore!

I have not heard of ebook pyrating before reading your blog, only music pyrating. I think that is wrong, and it is a shame. I will be heartbroken if I can't look forward to new releases from my favorite authors (or musicians). I was also surprised to read what little % authors made on the sale per book!
I am going to let everyone I know know about this problem.
I am so happy to have discovered you, and am looking forward to starting on "The Bewitched Viking" this weekend!

THank you for offering this contest! I would love to win books from you, as I intend to eventually read ALL of your books! The motto on your website is true! "Love, Laughter and Sizzle Guaranteed!"

PS: I also LOVE the jokes on your website!!

Re: Possess Me At Midnight (7:37am October 22, 2009):

I love reading series romances! I esp like it when the are intertwined, but not dependant on the other. This way if I ahve read a book a long time ago, and then read the next one, I am good to go!

Re: My Wicked Vampire (11:24am October 20, 2009):

I LOVED your Makenzie Vampire Series! I am sooooooo looking forward to reading "My Wicked Vampire"!
Thanks for having this great contest!

Re: Finger Lickin' Fifteen (8:56am October 18, 2009):

I love books that make me laugh! As
far as location details, too much is
overload and boring to read ( in my
opinion!) I love location details where
I can imagine with my senses:
temperature, smells, some details
about the surrounding structures and
people, but the most important to me
is the 'emotion' of the location
compared to that of the character or
situation (a beautiful, serene location
amist a turmoil of emotion a
character is experiencing, or vice
versa). Best wishes to you and all of
the Fresh Fiction fans!!!

Re: The Promise (8:11am October 17, 2009):

I am so happy to have discovered Fresh Fiction! I have been introduced to so many wonderful authors! Many of whom have become favorites

Re: A Marquis To Marry (10:28am October 14, 2009):

I am so happy to be a member of Fresh Fiction! It has helped me to find some amazing authors that are new to me! Your books sound amazing, and I will definitely be checking them out!

Re: The Promise (1:03pm October 11, 2009):

Reading is my all tiem favorite pass time! I can never get enough, especially of the historical romances!! ;~)

Re: A Hollywood Ending (1:02pm October 11, 2009):

What a great contest! I recently discovered Stephanie Laurens and am a huge fan! Another recent discovery is Monica McCarty, who I discovered through another amazing author, Veronica Wolff! Gotta love those Highlanders! ;~)

Re: Skykeepers (10:06am August 21, 2009):

I have just discovered you on Fresh Fiction! I LOVE the synopsis' of your books! They have TOTALLY peaked my interest (and also because the covers of your books are TOTALLY HOT!) What could be better tha a magic-weilding warrior *sigh*

Re: To Tempt The Wolf (4:12pm August 20, 2009):

*OMG* The covers of your books are SOOOO HOT! I just finished reading the "Wolf Series" synopsis', and I want to read them ALL! I can't believe I've not seen them before! Enjoy the excitement of your new release! You deserve it!
