I don't garden, but this is the time of year when people start thinking about
losing weight (though I think about it year–round, sigh). I first heard
about Dr. Joel Fuhrman's Skinny Shake on a Dr. Oz show. It's packed with
nutrients, it's delicious, refreshing, low–calorie and super easy to
make. I make this at least 2 times a week.
Dr. Fuhrman's Skinny Shake
4 ounces pomegranate juice
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup of ice (I just use cold water)
A squeeze of lemon
Directions: Blend all ingredients in a high–powered blender
