A wonderful recipe that looks delicious!
- 2 cans (1 pound each) whole cranberry sauce

1 cup orange juice

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin

1/2 cup cold water

1/2 cup chopped apple

14/ cup chopped walnuts

1/4 cup chopped celery
Combine cranberry sauce and juice
Sprinkle gelatin on cold water to soften; place over low heat; stir until
gelatin is dissolved.
Add to cranberry-orange mixture; chill until partially set.
Stir in remaining ingredient.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart mold; chill until firm
Unmold and serve on crisp greens
