Chop the following: plum tomatoes, red pepper, red onion, fresh cilanto
Add lime juice to taste
Can add other peppers if desired or a dash of hot sauce to give more heat
Mix and serve with tortilla chips (scoops)
People will think you fussed, but you just chopped and served.
