Re: Lost Under a Ladder (5:58pm October 10, 2014):

I like the Dalmatian ears and tail set... The full doggy costume just looks too hot... I love that you added the links. Very convenient.

Re: Shadowed By Grace (3:50pm March 14, 2014):

Eve Dallas is one of my favorite 'friends' She wasn't a very easy person to get close to... but well worth the effort.

My favorite place to meet her is in the little 'nest' in the corner of my couch, where I have everything I need handy. A great cup of coffee, some yummy chocolate pecan cookies, and I always make sure I have a box of tissues on hand just in case...

I love slipping into the future (her time) for our little chats where she tells me all about her latest case.

Re: Dating, Dining, and Desperation (3:36pm March 14, 2014):

I live in a small town but it's just outside of a big city :) It's the best of both worlds...

Re: Risk Taker (10:17am February 2, 2014):

I'd love to read this one...
Thanks for the contest.

Re: Sadie's Secret (9:02am January 18, 2014):

Very informative little snippet about lady Pinkerton Kate Warne... I never knew the Pinkertons employed women... Would love to win this contest.. Thanks for the giveaway.

Re: The Geek Girl And The Scandous Earl (11:19pm March 14, 2013):

Loving this story line! Can't wait to read it...
I've added it to my list...

Re: A Little Bit Wicked (8:55am December 29, 2012):

I think setting goals is important. With 4 generations living under one roof, my goal for 2013 is to better organize our home. All of the women in the house read... we range from 88 to 4 years old and our books are abundant. But there is always room for more... Thanks for the give away!

Re: Fallen Angel (8:47am December 29, 2012):

I'm grateful for a happy, healthy family. We have 4 generations living under one roof and it's wonderful!

Re: Captive Of The Border Lord (8:22am December 22, 2012):

When I was about 4, one of my cousins and I walked to the corner grocery store... it started raining on the walk back home and it was thundering... my cousin told me elephants were chasing us in order to get be to run home... She loved to tell that story!
Merry Christmas.

Re: Deliver Me From Temptation (8:14am December 22, 2012):

ooooo... I just love warrior angels....
Excerpt looks like an exciting read.
Merry Christmas!

Re: The Snow White Christmas Cookie (9:12am November 5, 2012):

Sounds like a cozy little book and one I would want to give as a Christmas gift to my mystery-loving sister-in-law... Thanks for the opportunity to win a copy.

Re: The Warrior (9:01am November 5, 2012):

Your slide show inspired me... warriors and wolfhounds, what a pair. And the green hills and blue waters are amazing and truly awe inspiring. That must have been a wonderful trip.

I'll have to come back and look and your pics again while I'm reading THE WARRIOR. Thanks for the opportunity to win.

Re: Wicked Nights (5:12pm June 29, 2012):

J.D. Robb's Roarke!
I'd arm wrestle Eve Dallas for him any day!

Re: Seeker Of Shadows (8:07pm May 30, 2012):

I think a good read is anything that makes you FEEL something... even if it's frustration! But if it makes you laugh and cry and back to laughing again, that's my favorite!
I love a book that makes me close it with a smile on my face.

Re: Hit List (8:44am April 23, 2011):

I've been reading the Anita Blake series for years now... It's hard to believe this will be number twenty! Anita is like an old friend and I just can't wait to read what happens to her next. I sure wish I lived closer to Dallas so I could get in on the Q&A and get a signed copy of the newest installment of Anita's life story! I know it will be a huge success.

Re: So Close The Hand Of Death (10:02am March 15, 2011):

What would I do if everything I held dear was suddenly in jeopardy? I have no idea... I've been blessed with a lovely, peaceful life... I think that's one reason I seek adventure through books.
I would hope I could rise to the occasion and fight off whatever threat was at hand.
Your question is very thought provoking!

Re: Eternal Prey (10:10am January 26, 2011):

I can't believe you mentioned "Meet Joe Black"! That is one of my all time favorite characters... but don't you think that she will be disappointed in the 'real' doctor after Death leaves? I mean who could be more dark and dangerous than Death himself? I think Brad Pitt did an excellent job separating the two characters in the movie, but then I'd watch him paint a fence and enjoy it!

I've fallen in love with Devlin Bane, from "Dark Protector" by Alexis Morgan.. talk about dark and dangerous! All of the Paladins are wonderful, but Devlin was my first and by far the finest of the crew.

Re: Dark Deception (11:07am September 1, 2010):

I think the hardest thing I ever had to work for was my husband's recovery after a stroke. And there really wasn't a lot I could control... Patience was a real issue for BOTH of us.

But every time I thought hope was lost, I would escape into a good book and after a few hours, I could start over with a new, more hopeful outlook on the real world.

Re: Atlantis Betrayed (10:52am September 1, 2010):

I've found the greatest stress reliever is to escape into a good book!
ATLANTIS BETRAYED looks like it will be a really good book...
Can't wait to read it!
Good Luck on the move... it sounds exciting!
