I couldn't get into Beth Kery's DARING TIME. It just couldn't hold my attention but I have read some wonderful reviews for her work.

I try to mix up my reading so I don't get the feeling of reading something familiar. So if I just read a Regency I might read a contemporary next.

One of my favorite series is Ilona Andrews Kate Daniels series. The 3rd book just came out and I hope there will be many more.

I've been reading ever since I can remember - hiding under the covers with a flashlight after the lights were out for the night. I'm usually reading at least two books, sometimes more. Can't imagine not reading.

The covers may grab my attention but it's the author or the reader reviews that will get me to buy the book. I don't remember ever buying a book simply based on the cover.

Some of my favorite covers are the ones from Patricia Briggs' Mercy Thompson series. The art work is gorgeous!

Funny you should mention A Summer to Remember because I just re-read it and loved it just as much as the first time I read it.

Other favorites are Lisa Kleypas' Worth Any Price and Jo Goodman's Only in My Arms.

My favorite childhood reads were the Laura Ingalls Wilder series. I loved reading those books over and over.
