Re: The Fixer Upper (12:27pm August 23, 2009):

I've heard all the negativity about reading romances, but nobody has ever bothered me about it personally. I read whatever I want.

Re: Smash Cut (10:16pm August 16, 2009):

I used to keep alot of books and also used to re-read, but with the size of my current TBR, I no longer do that.

Re: The Perfect Couple (12:48pm August 9, 2009):

I haven't really noticed if any of my favorite authors have been affected by this. However, I have noticed that some of the cozy mystery series I read haven't had new books in awhile. This might be the reason.

Re: The Guernsey Literary And Potato Peel Pie Society (4:07pm July 5, 2009):

I have it in my TBR. One book that always gets alot of attention is the Diana Gabadalon Outlander series. I tried reading it but couldn't get through the first book.

Re: The Warrior (1:08pm May 24, 2009):

I'm definitely an impulse buyer and it's usually books. I can't remember what the last ones were, but if I go in for one specific book - I often come out with a bag with many more books than that.

Re: The Secret Life of Bees (12:43pm February 8, 2009):

I try to read the book first. I read P.S. I Love You before seeing the movie. I preferred the book.

Re: Thread of Fear (3:01pm January 4, 2009):

I joined many reading challenges and I'm hoping that will keep me focused on reading the books in my TBR.

Re: A Virgin River Christmas (8:15pm October 26, 2008):

If I have more than one copy of a book, it's because I didn't realize I already bought it. I've never bought re-issued ones, though, unless it's for a book I didn't get when the original was released.
