I am working toward getting healthy again. I need to lose weight and gain muscle mass. Plus, I need to make some me time, without feeling guilty. I am atrocious at parallel parking and forget about asking me to judge distance or if a painting is hung straight. I have horrible spatial reasoning capabilities. And I have to give myself permission to "let things go" instead of fretting over silly little things, plus when dealing with my spouse and children, I need to pick and choose the "battles"; sometimes I hear myself and in my head I wonder where that's coming from??? LOL
I would really love to go to Scotland or Austria. I have always had a fascination for Scotland when I started reading Gothic Novels as a teenager. I'd love to visit Austria since that's where my mother's family is/was.
Our go to appetizer/dip is the spinach dip made with ther Knoor's vegetable soup mix and frozen chopped spinach, served in a cut out round bread loaf. It's delicious and your getting vegees, what's not to like?!
