Romance Historical
Brandr the Far-Traveled is revered by his fellow vikings:
his bed skills are the stuff of steamy legend, his sword
sings of death on the field of battle, and he can call up
fire from thin air. Enslaved through trickery, he's
determined to woo his new owner into freeing him. Too bad
her heart's as icy as the frozen North. Katla is sworn to
avenge her husband's death at the hands of Brandr's father.
But she didn't count on Brandr's dangerous masculinity or
the way he awakens her long forgotten desires. Can Brandr
seduce his way free, or will love make slaves of them both?

I enjoy historical romance, and to pair it with paranormal sounds like a really good story idea! And, one of my favorite old movies is The Vikings! I'm sure I will love Lord of Fire and Ice! (Sandy Fielder 11:51am July 5, 2012)
A book about Vikings would be a nice change from all the Regency romances out today. Brandr sounds a bit like Wotan in that he can conjure fire! Would love to read this one :) (Susan Davco 12:19pm July 5, 2012)

I agree with the others about combining historical and paranormal genres. What a great idea! I must say, though, I am still finding it hard to get used to "Mia" instead of "Emily". I guess I need a little bit more time.... (Elaine Seymour 2:20pm July 5, 2012)

I can remember learning about the Norse way back in school which takes me back years, but it was never like this!! I congratulate you on your awards, and I would love to read your books!! It looks like I have some catching up to do!! Whomever did the artwork on your cover, did a fantastic job!! It caught my eye as soon as it downloaded, which took a few seconds on dial-up. I know your bio said that you've written 50 books, and I hope that you have many more stories in your head and heart. This story sounds so wonderfully enchanting -- part story and part fairy tale. Good luck now and in the future!! (Peggy Roberson 9:27pm July 5, 2012)
