Re: A Killing Notion (3:42pm November 14, 2014):

I see that you believe in the same necessity for fried chicken that we do.
My mom found an old cast iron skillet BURRIED in her back yard in
Tennessee. Figured it was from Civil War Days. We all share by that frying
pan for the best fried chicken ever!! Ronnalord@msn(dot)com

Re: No Mallets Intended (2:03pm November 4, 2014):

Love this series , especially the connection between USA and Canada, plus
all the vintage gadgets and foods😊

Re: By Winter's Light (7:54pm October 13, 2014):

Customs and CHRISTMAS are always interesting topics for me. Hoping to
read this book and enjoy a new take on the season.

Re: Share the Moon (2:10pm September 30, 2014):

My family has enjoyed traveling with my husband on business trips. We
just go wherever he needs to be and start exploring. We've found so many
interesting places that way. But for living, we are both native to the
Washington, DC area. As teens we vowed to never live here after
marriage, then we moved to a couple of different states for college and
grad school. Surprise surprise, we found that there really is " no place like
home" and have been living very happily back in the old home place!! Your
book sounds like a winner because it is not a repeat of what I've read
already. Love originality!!

Re: Jim Hawkins and the Curse of Treasure Island (2:02pm September 30, 2014):

This sounds like a great book for a book group discussion with Treasure
Island. Sometimes the most interesting discussions. With three teen
grandsons, this might be a great " read with Grammy" book also. Enjoy
returning to classics anytime!!

Re: A Killing Notion (1:56pm September 30, 2014):

Interesting--ghost in the cooking school?

Re: Stirring The Plot (1:49pm September 30, 2014):

Love the cover of this book. Also looking forward to the recipes!!

Re: In Your Dreams (1:47pm September 30, 2014):

I always enjoy reading about the more normal girl in romances!!

Re: Billionaire Blend (11:59pm August 26, 2014):

Your "coffeehouse newsletter" is best read with a lovely peach muffin !
Great appetizer for the real thing--all the coffeehouse books, with a cup go
coffee!!

Re: Muffin But Murder (3:52pm July 1, 2014):

I don't need humor so much as I need characters that don't sound like
every other one I've read about before.

Re: Crime Rib (3:51pm July 1, 2014):

I'm really interested in a Montana based cozy. Never read any from that
area before and think it would be a fascinating place for a foodie mystery!!

Re: Billionaire Blend (5:19pm December 3, 2013):

Love your coffee books--these bars remind me of the yummy Ninamo Bars
that I had in Alaska and Canada!! Thanks for all your treats!!
