Christmas in Shelter Bay by JoAnn Ross - Cole Douchett is home again at Christmastime in Shelter Bay, Oregon helping with the town's Christmas boat parade encouraging more tourism. Cole has returned home from Afghanistan and Iraq while in the Marines. Seeing Kelli Carpenter again after all this time has Cole a little more than nervous. A misunderstanding from the past has Kelli considering spending the holidays in Hawaii to avoid Cole, who she has loved nearly all her life. Being thrown together encourages the rekindling of love for the couple, but not without having to deal with the past errors and misunderstandings.

The wonderful time of Christmas has a way of rekindling lost love. Is this enough to keep Clint in Cricket Creek, the very place he escaped from?
The Christmas Gift by Alexis Morgan -- Bridey Roke owns Something's Brewing Coffee Shop in Snowberry Creek and makes delicious desserts. Her attention seems to be drawn to the quiet man, Seth Kyser, who frequently visits her coffee shop. Seth is a famous wood sculptor needing to retreat from the hassle of fame to restore creative visions for his work. Upon volunteering to help with Bridey's kitchen cupboards, he is also involved in helping with decorating the town with lighting for Christmas. Becoming involved emotionally, Bridey is kept in the dark as to who Seth truly is and feels a real trust issue upon learning the truth. Seth needs to find a creative way to convince Bridey of his sincerity.
These four stories are wonderful uplifting tales during the holiday season when the air is full of love and the compassion for others is a real treat. Couples alone and finding their fulfillment during this time of year is nostalgic and vastly romantic for the reader. Curl up and feel that warm and fuzzy feeling with each terrific story.
