Re: Girl in Disguise (9:39am March 10, 2017):

When the The first national park, Yellowstone, was signed into law by President Ulysses S. Grant in 1872.

Re: Title Wave (2:53pm June 23, 2016):

I love her books!!! I have read them all and shared them with my friends.

Re: Butter Off Dead (12:16pm July 7, 2015):

I have a collection of swan statues started when I was in Middle school when my favorite aunt gave me one for the birthday we both shared. I have over 100 now.

Re: King of Darkness (4:37pm February 22, 2012):

I am a candy coffee person only. Lattes. But they are teats. I get my caffeine fix from Pepsi every morning. The book sounds super delish.

Re: Swift Justice (9:43am November 17, 2010):

I am every year what it warrants. This year I will be a last minuter, which I don't like. This year has flown by and I am still reeling. But no matter what, when it comes to the Christmas tree, I take a long time. Pulling out old ornaments and the kids makings', taking time to share the memories with my family while putting them on the tree. It is a group effort. To me the holidays are about doing things together and sharing yout bounties.

Re: On Shadow Beach (2:40pm April 7, 2010):

I agree that the cover does entice me to look at the book. I also notice that the colors ont he cover matter to me besides the picture itself. I am more drawn to the serene covers than to the ones with live models in skanty clothes or in black leather. Cartoon ones I can give or take. Cute dogs and cats catch my eye too.

Re: Tortured (4:17pm August 18, 2009):

I am incredibly impressed with authors who take the time to research key historical facts for their books. I would love to read your book. Keep up the good work.

Re: Smash Cut (9:15am August 17, 2009):

My bookshelf sounds exactly like yours. I am not usually a re-reader but there are some books I would like to visit again because it was a really long time ago that I read them and remember I really liked them. I hardly ever keep books, contributing ones I bought and read to either the local libraries or to friends that I know will appreciate them. I only keep a few select, and autographed ones, like you. If a friend raved about a book I already read and got rid of, I would probably ask to peruse her copy to remind myself of the story. But I would not seek out another copy. If the book had been really that good, I would have kept it. It has to be an exceptional book for me to keep it, one that touchs me on a personal level, one that was extremely entertaining or one I want to keep for reference. And some old classics.

Re: In The Garden Of Sin (12:28pm July 14, 2009):

You've hooked me and I will have to read your books. Thank you for your fascinating research - great when a writer gets so much into their story.

Re: By Hook Or By Crook (12:24pm July 14, 2009):

I have read the first book, Hooked on Murder and loved it and just got the Dead Men don't Crochet. You have a diehard fan here. Keep em coming.
