Re: Live To Tell (11:25am May 10, 2010):

I hate to cancel, but sometimes you have to. Was suppose to go to a bday party this weekend for a friend, when the babysitter cancelled, well one lead to another and we stuck. Life happens, just roll with it.

Re: Think Twice (3:39pm May 4, 2010):

I read twelve books in April and that is pretty good for me. There were three I would recommend - Nora's Savor the Moment, nice contemporary, not a lot of angst - Amanda Quick's Burning Lamp - good historical, second in the Dreamlight series and like 7 or 8 in the Arcane series - lastly, the Doctor's Lost and Found Bride by Kate Hardy, good book about an ex-couple reuniting after a miscarriage tears them apart. All were good. Not sure what I am looking forward to in May other than the new Lois Grieman book.

Re: Big Girl (10:04am March 22, 2010):

My first adult book would have been Forever, which I read on the sly, while one of my older sisters was reading it. As for an author, I don't follow anymore, but loved when I was younger, Rosemary Rogers would have to be it. I loved her sweeping romances as a teen, now I find them a bit offensive.

Re: Down By The River (9:30am February 1, 2010):

My biggest goal for January was not to add to the TBR. Unfortunately, it was a big buying month, so I am two shy right now, but I am determined to not buy any in February until I catch up with January. As for my highlights, I read two super Holly Jacob's Super Romance books - Unexpected Gifts and A One of A Kind Family.
