Re: The Sweetest Things (1:46pm July 29, 2019):

My favorite holiday memory is going with ny dad to pick out
the biggest tree that touched the ceiling. This was back in
1960's when I was a young girl. That was so much fun.

Re: The Body in Griffith Park (12:30pm July 16, 2019):

I fit into all 9 categories that you listed in looking for a
reader. My favorite genre is reading historical mysteries.
Just love books in the turn of the century. I like to see
how things were done then and how things got invented. What
roles women were involved in. Probably not many then. Women
faced a lot of challenges. What a great concept of women in
law enforcement in the turn of the century. Add to that life
in old Los Angeles with humor thrown in. Is this the first
in a new series? I hope so. Love to read new books in my
favorite genre.
