Re: Clobbered By Camembert (3:45pm February 25, 2012):

I hate to admit it, but my favorite cheese is called Rat Trap cheese!

Re: Heartache Falls (12:29pm April 28, 2011):

I snatched up "Heartbreak Falls" at Walmart and spent the rest of the day reading it - really, really good! I do appreciate those who rescue pets of any kind and my cat, Dusti, was rescued from a construction site when she was about 4 weeks old. She's quite a cat now - in size and personality!

Re: Royal Blood (6:21pm December 5, 2010):

Love your books and especially the Lady Georgie books. I started with your Evan Evans books and have kept all of them.

Re: The Teaberry Strangler (2:18pm April 27, 2010):

I prefer to read series books, and have to start with the first one. If I like it, I try to read more. If not, I don't continue. I try to buy the paperback ones because they're hard to find in the library. The hardback I try to get from the library. If I really, really, like the book, I'll buy my own with a coupon from Borders or from Amazon. As you all know, book money can be hard to get. Reviews help, especially if the reviewer has liked books I also like.

Re: On The Steamy Side (5:14pm March 23, 2010):

I think my favorite was the Secret Garden. I read it over and over. Non-book child I like is the daughter in the tv series, "Castle." She's really good.

Re: Rogue Stallion (2:04pm January 24, 2010):

I've found that so for my mystery writers, too. I keep my series and re-read them and want new ones. I find myself asking, "What ever happened to ...?" Sometimes the publishers think readers taste has changed and they don't publish them anymore. It's really too bad, as I would buy them.

Re: Down By The River (1:59pm January 24, 2010):

I really like to read series books, even though I will read standalones. I prefer to read from the beginning, but have read some out of order until I could find the missing ones. I don't save them up, I read them as they come out. It's great to find a new-to-me series that already has several books, though. I kept putting off the In Death series as I considered it was futuristic and I don't like those, but when I finally read the first one? I now can't wait for the next paperback and have them in hardback! Just finished Sherryl Woods' Trinity Harbor series, gobbled down like candy. I really like mystery series and have only recently, thanks to DFW Tea group, started reading romance novels. Makes a good change.

Re: Kindred In Death (5:40pm November 11, 2009):

I do like reading series books and have all of the "In Death" series by Robb. I even started buying HB because I couldn't wait for PB! I am a little disappointed in the new one, "Kindred in Death." However, I'll keep reading them,'cause I do like Eve Dallas and Roark. I got this one from Amazon for $9; otherwise, I'd have tried Half-Price Books in a few weeks.
