MONSTER WITHOUT MERCY is a fun read, delving into the dark world that brings good and evil together in a sweet steamy romance. Author Cynthia Eden does an amazing job of pulling in the paranormal and making it believable; that a sweet girl and evil anit-hero can change each other in ways neither can imagine.
At first, Mercy comes off as a confused woman who isnβt sure what is real and what is not. Xavier is rather endearing β he is so evil, but deep down he isnβt. All he needed was for Mercy to come into his life. He fights his feelings for Mercy because those kinds of feelings are for the good people in the world and not for him. He will turn her to the dark side of life and then things will get back to normal... or so he thinks.
Many supporting characters in MONSTER WITHOUT MERCY are varied and intriguing. You will find those who would be considered evil in a normal world but not so evil in this one. Yet some would be considered good but - yep, you guessed it β not so good in this one.
The ending is interesting and gives fans hope that there will be more books to come in this series. A brother and a dragon are introduced β what could be a better lead-in for another amazing read?
If you love paranormal worlds, characters that will have you glued to every word and action, and a romance that will have you fanning yourself, then MONSTER WITHOUT MERCY is exactly what you need.
