Malcolm Grey is a shifter assassin, part of the pack yet not. Trixie Beauregard is a bartender with a heart of gold and she has a thing for this COWBOY WOLF OUTLAW. If she was smart she would run for the hills, but she is trapped and, besides - she just doesn't always do the smart thing.
The pack is in grave danger from vampires and characters called the Volk who are threatening the territory of the Grey pack. The last thing he needs is to be caught up in even a one-night stand with Trixie. But then Malcolm likes Trixie - even though his growling and snarling should have scared her away. But when danger comes they stand together!
COWBOY WOLF OUTLAW may be the sixth and final of author Kait Ballenger's "Seven Range Shifters" but it is as amazing as the first five. The characters are diverse and if you haven't read the others might be a bit confusing, but the action, the romance between Malcolm and Trixie, and the danger will keep you glued to the pages.
This couple seems to be equally broken. Trixie was tricked into an unbreakable contract (though later we find out tricked is the right word) and Malcolm is bisexual and was heartbroken as he had lost his mate earlier in the series to an accident, one he did not believe was truly accidental. So as you read, you will get to know them better and I am sure you will find yourself rooting for them to get the HEA they both so deserve.
If you love shifters, a steamy romance, good vs evil, a wolf and a witch who know how to stand with each other then you need to read COWBOY WOLF OUTLAW.
"Kait Ballenger is a treasure you don't want to miss."—GENA SHOWALTER, New York Times bestselling author
Grey Wolf assassin Malcolm Grey is set on revenge, and no one can stand in his way. With the pack facing their most challenging battle yet, his mission is simple: locate the perpetrators and destroy them. Malcolm will do anything to keep his pack safe, especially when sassy, southern belle Trixie Beauregard makes a proposal he can't resist.
Trixie knows a few things about the dangerous cowboy sitting at her bar. One, he's a wolf shifter. Two, his wolf pack is in jeopardy. And three, despite all his growling, this dark-eyed cowboy wolf wants her. But Trixie has problems of her own, and she knows better than to run with the wolf. The smart thing to do would be to stay away. Too bad she's always had a taste for trouble...
