Ella Ferguson had awakened in an Italian hospital with no memory. Kayden Wilkens was at her side having found her unconscious in an alley. The past has been coming back in bits and pieces and some of it she preferred not to remember. The only constant is Kayden and the world they are making together. I have often found that sometimes a long awaited book doesn't meet expectation... SURRENDER is not such a book. The action is just as heart pounding and intense as the first and second books of the Careless Whispers series. In this final book of the series more secrets will be delved into and brought to the light, and some will be very surprising to even those who have read this amazing series.

As with the other two books DENIAL and DEMAND we get a view of the day to day life of Kayden and his underground Hunter organizations and how much Ella is remembering and how strong she has become. There's a cop that you will not be sure where he truly stands, as well as a couple of other characters in Ella's new world but that is to be expected. To top things off two Mafia dons want something from her and one is indeed a part of her nightmares. We get the pleasure of seeing Sara arrive and Ella knows that she must find the strength to finish things. If she doesn't, she could lose the people she loved in the past and love now. A fantastic series that will got on my to read again file.

I don't believe author Lisa Renee Jones could have ended this series any other way. On a personal note I would really love to revisit this world as well as Sara and Chris again sometime in the future. If you are looking for heart pounding action and tension, a hero with secrets, a heroine with her own but with the guts to take her life back then add in a good bit of steamy, sexy romance then you want to get your hands on SURRENDER.
