Taryn is marrying the man of her dreams, Jeff. Jeff has
a daughter Taryn adores, and they are going to make a
great family. Jeff is also about to sell the business
he started with his best friend Paul, and Jeff and Taryn will become
wealthy.
Things seem to be going along smoothly until Jeff's ex's comes back into
the picture. Shannon was a drug addict and left

choice but to go along with what Kid wants. Every time
Shannon tries to go against Kid, he beats her. Shannon
feels there is no way out of her situation.

Kris has two couples, one who truly loves each other and

very deep. I am sure in a lot of relationships,
there are ex's who only want one thing...the other's money. While we find
Taryn and Jeff are truly in love, they have to
really hang on to that love.
Kris Jayne equally tells both sides of the story. We see
how Jeff is truly devoted to Taryn, but he wants what is best
for his daughter. Turning away Shannon is not what he
feels is best for Olivia. CHOOSING YOU is the first book I have read by
Kris Jayne. Now on to CHERISHING YOU, the next one in the Thirsty
Hearts series.
