Bobbi Gallagher has returned to Sultry Springs, Texas to revive her career as a filmmaker. Her latest project was a bust and now, in a last ditch effort to prove herself, she hopes to find hot, eligible bachelors in Sultry and film them as they find their way to love. That doesn't stop the hilarious antics and laugh-out-loud moments that me grinning from ear-to-ear. Macy Beckett has really turned up the dial in the second book of the Sultry Springs series. A SHOT OF SULTRY is brimming with rapier wit and heartwarming moments, making for an easy book to devour.

Bobbi and Trey are fantastic characters that are fleshed out and deeply explored. I found myself instantly liking them first as individuals, and then more so as a couple. Added to that are the endearing secondary characters who turn this book from a good read to a great one. Packed with humor and heart, A SHOT OF SULTRY is not something to be missed!
