I have waited for this book for five long years and I'm so thrilled Bella Andre decided to finally give us the sequel to Take Me that we have all been waiting for. LOVE ME picks up five years after Take Me ended and is as smoking hot, if not hotter, than its predecessor. Janica and Luke hike the heat up in an already hot summer. Getting a happily ever after for these two was a long time coming and I'm so glad they finally got one. Even though I thoroughly enjoyed the book, I felt it lacked in an strong connection outside the bedroom for the lead pair. Whereas Lily and Travis, from Take Me, had a great story which evolved outside of the bedroom, Janica and Luke's story seems to never come out of it. Had there been more of a connection outside of sex, I think this book would have been perfect. Regardless, LOVE ME is still a great read, especially if you're in the mood for something a little bit steamy. Plus you get the chance to catch up with some old favorites and see what they're up to, which is always a treat. Bella Andre fans will not be disappointed with this much anticipated sequel.
