Twenty years ago, the government collected a group of civilians with extreme talents, such as dream walking, seeing the future and other phenomenal skills, they felt they could build on to isolate and create human weapons to fight wars across the land. A multitude of flaws plagued the program early, so the project was shut down. The chemicals used caused dangerous side effects, like the weakness of their own minds. Lucas Vanderwyck's connection to Amy Shane began over 20 years ago when they were just kids.
