TEN REASONS TO STAY by Sabrina Jeffries Eliza Crenshawe is a charming young lady trying to escape the rule of an alcoholic uncle. When she decides to "borrow" one of her friend's horses, she finds herself in the clutches of a sexy man who could be detrimental to her heart. She must convince Colin not to send her back. The only problem is she can not deny the passion that he elicits from her traitorous body. Colin has just returned from India to claim his heritage. He has vowed never to love again after losing his wife. But when Colin catches Eliza, a thief trying to steal his horse, he finds his heart and body awakening again. Will Eliza and Colin find a rare love in each other's arms? Or will past and present circumstances tear them apart?

TEN REASONS TO STAY is a charming tale full of sensuality and love. The charismatic characters and gripping plot will have you sitting on the edge of your seat to see what will happen next. Ms. Jeffries does a beautiful job packing a full length novel into a short story that will leave you completely satisfied. I loved both the characters for their strong convictions and wittiness. My heart soared with the fairytale love. Well done Ms. Jeffries!

AFTER MIDNIGHT by Liz Carlyle Martinque is a beautiful young woman trying to fit into a world she was not born in. Although she tries to please her guardian, Lord Rothwell, she can not understand why he despises her so much. As she reaches her destination for the holidays, she is met by a vicious young lady and the sexiest man she has ever laid eyes on. But she has been warned to stay away from the illustrious Justin St. Vrain. Only her heart will not deny her the presence the man she knows is trouble. Justin St. Vrain is a sexy man who has been banished by most for a dubious discretion he visited upon his father. He has returned to his home to claim his heritage and finds himself awed by the beautiful Martinque. Will love bring two people who have been shunned by society together and heal their wounds from the past? Or will a vicious person keep them apart with lies and deceit?

AFTER MIDNIGHT is a powerful romance that will leave you breathless. Ms. Carlyle does a beautiful job penning romance, intrigue and sizzling passion that will singe your fingers as you turn the pages. The characters are vibrant and charismatic and the plot is thick with rife and deceit. Martinque is a beautiful character who only wants to live her life her way. She is passionate and strong- willed. Justin is witty, sexy and only wants to make amends for his past discretions. The secondary characters really add a lot of pizzazz to this enchanting tale.

THE MERCHANT'S GIFT by Julia London Grace Holcomb is a delightful young lady who failed to land a husband with a title in her first season. She returns home to a disappointed family, only to find herself being forced into being the show piece for her family's ball. When she meets the illustrious Barrett Adlaine, she is shocked to discover the emotions he brings out in her. But Grace knows that she can not fall in love with him because he is not a titled man. Barrett Adlaine is a sexy man who has made a fortune from his thriving merchant business. While attending the festivities at his neighbor's home, he encounters Grace, the most beautiful woman he has ever laid eyes on. He has fallen head over heels for Grace but knows he will never be able to have her because he does not have a title. But when Grace goes back to London, Barrett follows her to try and win her heart. Will Barrett convince Grace that he loves her and is worthy of her love? Or will Grace's loyalty to her family cause her to end up with a broken heart?

THE MERCHANT'S GIFT is a heart-warming story that will leave you utterly warm and fuzzy inside. Ms. London pens a beautiful tale of romance and passion that will leave you breathless. Grace is a charming young lady torn between her family and her heart. She is witty, sassy and lovable. Barrett captured my heart for his passion for Grace. He is sexy, honorable and captivating. The secondary characters are just as lovely and added a lot of spice to the plot. Well done Ms. London!

MISCHIEF'S HOLIDAY by Renee Bernard Alyssa Martin is an enchanting young lady who is returning home for the holidays before embarking on her first season in the society of London. She is enchanting and always finds herself in funny scrapes and misadventures. While returning home, she has the misfortune of ending up in a creek and caught in an embarrassing position when the sexy Leland shows up to help her out. Leland Yates is a sexy man who has made his fortune by being self-efficient and making wise business choices. He is a charming man who is not looking for a wife. When he comes upon the beautiful Alyssa and her rear end sticking out of an overturned carriage, he finds himself reconsidering marriage. He is charming, sexy and very passionate. He knows he is not the kind of husband that Alyssa's father is looking for, but he can not deny the sizzling passion that burns between them. Will Alyssa and Leland find a rare love that will make the heavens shine? Or will their positions in life keep their love from blooming?

MISCHIEF'S HOLIDAY is a beautiful love story filled with passion, laughter and love. Ms. Bernard does an awesome job of penning charismatic characters, a gripping plot and vivid imagery. I absolutely loved Alyssa! She is easy going, funny and vulnerable all rolled into a beautiful package. Leland is witty and charming. I laughed out loud throughout this charming tale. SUMMARY

"It is better not to marry at all than to marry badly."

-- Mrs. Charlotte Harris, headmistress

At the School for Heiresses, the lessons go far beyond etiquette and needlepoint. In addition to teaching her students how to avoid fortune hunters, headmistress and founder Charlotte Harris proposes the radical notion that women of means need not shackle themselves to men at all -- unless they find a suitable, desirable mate. So lessons in the fine art of acquiring a loving and passionate husband are part of the curriculum at this highly unusual school. And as the holidays approach, Mrs. Harris sends her young ladies home with personally tailored lessons to work on. Will they return any closer to finding the perfect husband?
