Stephanie Bond's newest book, JUST DARE ME is full of
adventure and hot romance between two marketing
executives. Gabrielle Flannery has always been over looked
and bypassed for promotions at her job. Dell Kingston has
used his good looks to climb to the top of the corporate
ladder. When a fellow employee leaves the business for a
promotion, her job becomes up for grabs. Dell immediately
assumes he will get the promotion since he always achieves
what he desires. When Gabrielle asks for the same
position, their boss decides to turn this into a
competition. The company is sponsoring a wilderness survival weekend to
showcase their products. Gabrielle and Dell are invited to
attend the camping trip to compete against each other for
the promotion. The only problem is, Dell has all the
athletic skills and Gabrielle doesn't. Gabrielle
fortunately is well acquainted with the products and will
use her intelligence to make it through this long weekend
with this arrogant man. Gabrielle has always had a crush on Dell. She tries hard
to suppress her feelings for him so she can win the
promotion. Dell finally is starting to see Gabrielle in a
new light. Gabrielle, already aware of how this man's mind
works, fights off Dell's advances and tries her hardest to
concentrate on the competition. When a former flame of Dell's shows up at the survival
weekend, he is caught in the middle of two women. One
woman would love to satisfy his urges and needs, while the
other woman won't let Dell near her but secretly is
longing to give in to the temptation. Will Gabrielle win the promotion, or will she let Dell
distract her and win the account for himself? Will
Gabrielle and Dell keep warm together under the same tent
or will she leave him out in the rain? Will Dell forget
about Gabrielle and concentrate on this other woman? Will
Gabrielle make it through this long weekend and still have
her pride in tack? The story is full of eccentric characters and sexy scenes
that will make you need a cold shower. Stephanie Bond's
stories are always exciting, romantic, and a joy to read.
I loved the chemistry between Gabrielle and Dell. The sex
scenes were hot and will make readers want their own Dell
to call their own. This is another excellent book by a
very talented author. I highly recommend JUST DARE ME to
romance readers who like a great storyline along with
their romance. I guarantee you will devour this book
within hours!
SUMMARY
Marketing exec Gabrielle Flannery isn't what you'd call
the outdoorsy type. But after an embarrassing incident
with a potted plant leaves Gabrielle revealing more leg
than a Thanksgiving turkey, she decides it's time to
reassert herself. Even if it means going head-to-head with
marketing golden boy and the office Hottie McHot, Dell
Kingston, over an outdoor gear account… That is, until Gabrielle and Dell find themselves
competing against each other for the account at a
wilderness survival weekend. Since he's in touch with the
great outdoors, Dell figures that naturally extends to
Gabrielle and those sexy legs of hers…. But Gabrielle has
a few tricks up her sleeve. And nothing stimulates a sexual appetite like a little
fresh air, a tiny little tent and a whole lot of libido!
