When Jana Jasper was nine years old, she was sure magic

Recently, her famous family has been incurring some
outrageous (and false!) accusations about them and their
politics, all coming from her latest spurned ex-fiancé. The
very last thing Jana needs right now is more trouble.
Wanting to sooth her anxiety, Jana heads to her local
grocery store for an ice cream fix. But this little side
trip ends up being more stressful than soothing. Just as
she picks up her favorite Ben & Jerry's Phish Food, the
hunky guy near the candy section, dressed in a weird
futurist soldier outfit, starts telling her about an
invasion threat from spaceships as he insists that she
knows him from her youth. He does seem familiar, but he
can't really be the boy from her youth that he claims to
be, can he?

about her. He's never forgotten Jana and what their simple
kiss meant to him. Now he's willing to risk his future with
the Coalition to save her planet. He just never thought it
would be so hard to convince her of the danger and for her
to take him to her leader. Determined to do whatever he
must to make her believe him, he also has to keep them safe
from a REEF, the galaxy's most feared assassin. Because of
Cavin's controversial views on acquiring inhabited planets,
the Coalition has targeted him for elimination, especially
with what he's doing now. Will Cavin be able to save Earth
from acquisition and capture Jana's heart in the process?
This is a cute, quirky otherworldly romance that's totally
delightful to read. YOUR PLANET OR MINE? speeds right along
and offers a plethora of colorful characters, even the
REEF. It's nice to have another book from Grant that's so
entertaining.
