PS - My favorite "cozy" of all time has to be from the father of Hard boiled, Dashiel Hammett's "Thin Man."

Great interview, Elizabeth and I'm looking forward to reading your newest novel!
I noticed the authors you referenced all seemed to be women, which got me to thinking there really aren't terribly many men writing cozies these days. During the Golden Age, you had Ellery Queen and the like writing in the cozie genre, but the hard boiled/ procedural mystery seems to to have eclipsed this in current times. Do you have any thoughts about why this is the case?
