Affable Theresa, hunky Liam, athletic Ned, beautiful Joy, follower Kaylee, bully Geoff, and newcomer Martina enter the abandoned Olde Gem Majestic Theater in Queensborough, Pennsylvania, at 2:00 am on a cold winter night. Their plan is to steal the copper wiring while Martina stands as the lookout. But then the lights go out, the exits are sealed, and a scene is projected on the screen, taking the teens to the Anchors Aweigh Tavern, where the harbormaster awaits with his monsters at Forlorn Harbor. Forlorn Harbor is a 1940s serial movie that features a new story in each episode. Liam knows some of the stories, but it is Ned who is thrown into the first episode, where he barely survives and loses a foot. Next is Joy, and the pattern continues until each teenager gets their turn. Meanwhile, Liam is trying to navigate each individual through their episode, while Martina is trying to make sense of the changing rules. Will each player leave their episode, losing a part of themselves? Is it all a bad dream? Or will it all depend on the final decision of the last player?
