If she wins, the world might be ruined, but if she doesn’t, Hades will be the one destroying it. That is how strong the love between Lyra and Hades is. I have to admit, though, I loved THE THINGS GODS BREAK. I did have a bit of trouble with the length, so it took me longer to finish than normal. I also have little knowledge of some of the lesser-known Greek Gods and what they were gods of. That also slowed me down because I had to stop and look up the ones I didn’t know – but that is just a me problem. It is difficult to review THE THINGS GODS BREAK without spilling out spoilers, so I will end it with – If you want a different look at Gods, Goddesses and the poor mortal who must deal with their temper tantrums, grab this book and enjoy.
