Leona Griffin is a survivor of a kidnapping in the underworld, where her team was held captive and forced to work at a site. She was rescued and again on top of her para-archeologist career only to have it all blown away during an evening event. One of the items up for authentication is also an item stolen from Rancourt’s family para-museum and his plan is to secretly retrieve it. What happens is not part of the plan as he watches an intriguing woman rescue a bunch of captive dust bunnies, and sees her do her thing on stage then with her by his side flees when the cops show up.

What more can you want when you have a mystery man, a woman who is trying to keep her head above water and find out what truths she can and a dust bunny who wears a fascinator? Ms. Castle does a fabulous job of mixing intrigue with humor (what could be funnier than an emotional support dust bunny) and romance in an easy-to-read, but don’t want to end format.
All kinds of action happen from the start to the finish of IT TAKES A PSYCHIC, trust grows between the main characters, though with the extra abilities that Leona and Oliver have tried to keep hidden, it isn’t easy. But when crazies come after you it is good to have someone who has mysterious abilities have your back. Roxy, of course, steals the show a number of times with her antics and daintiness – until she goes full demon bunny that is.
