She isn’t going to let some male – just because he is an alpha male take over her pack. She already has one alpha wolf who is determined that she isn’t strong enough to run a pack properly and only he can do the job. She soon realizes that there is more than meets the eye with what is going on in her territory and she is going to need Eric’s help to get to the bottom of the troubles. Soon he is the only one she can trust as things turn in her own territory.
ALPHA WOLF NEED NOT APPLY is author Terry Spear at her very best. Her stories dealing with wolf shifters are always filled with intrigue and dangers with twists and turns. But always there is a sweet romance, add in the family ties and innate honor among her main wolves and you have an amazing read. The bad guys are always characters that she makes sure readers just will not like and won’t be able to wait to see them get their just desserts.
Pepper is understandably wary of alpha males. The story of her first mate explains a lot but I will let readers get to know Pepper on their own. Eric too did not have a happy first mating so he is also wary of giving his heart. Luckily for both of them and romance fans, they figure out how to let their hearts get involved. The courting does lead to some steamy moments and as always with Ms. Spear’s the true mating comes with a complete commitment to one another.
