Tricia Walton, a survivor of one of Barrett's attacks, thought she was safe but realizes she could be in the line of fire again when they wonder if Barrett might not have acted alone. Protection is offered to the young athlete and she becomes close to both Kendra and Olivia. Olivia, Kendra's blind best friend, and her dog Harley, play their parts and give readers a few bad moments as the danger comes at her, making it just that more personal for Kendra.
There is so much in this book, it could take pages to review but suffice it to say reading MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE will not disappoint fans of action, romance, danger, and intrigue. Iris Johansen and her son Roy make a fantastic writing team.
