THE DIVA SAYS CHEESECAKE! is the fifteenth book in the Domestic Diva mystery series by Krista Davis and it was a pure delight to read! Of all the cozy mysteries I read, this series carries a special place in my heart. Sophie’s character is one of the most relatable characters, in my opinion, in any series I have had the pleasure to read. She is a divorcee, a businesswoman, and one of the most loyal friends to her close-knit group. But most of all, she is kind, caring, and her home is always open to those in need. For those that have read this series, you know what I mean. To those who haven’t read this series, pick up THE DIVA SAYS CHEESECAKE! and you will get hooked.

The supporting characters in this series, Sophie’s ex-husband Mars, her best friend Nina, Mars’s best friend Bernie, and even frenemy Natasha are all equally as entertaining and add so much more depth to these stories. The plotline of this installment had me guessing until the very end. Krista Davis knows how to spin a tale and throw suspicion around to keep things interesting. The added home decorating tips and recipes are as always a delightful bonus!
