Moving can be hard on anyone but when the small family arrives in Rhyacia, they find out that strange things have happened. Items have been moved from bedside tables and found in other places, buildings have collapsed with no viable reason, and a large sinkhole appears at one site. It is there that something strange happens and Pia knows something is very, very wrong with Dragos.
For those who have never read the Elder Race series, Dragos is a dragon shifter who has lorded New York for centuries. Pia is also a shifter and her shape is a secret for her own safety, though there have been hints of what it is throughout other books. They met in DRAGON BOUND, when Pia was coerced into stealing from Dragos. To say he was upset is stating things lightly but through the series, they have become each other's world, along with their fast-growing son Liam and their new baby, Niall.
As fans of author Thea Harrison's Elder Race welcome back Dragos and Pia, they must be warned that THE UNSEEN is the first of a four-part offering with cliffhangers in the first three books. The story will continue with The Adversary and I cannot wait to get my hands on it.
