Iris and Roy Johansen write great mystery books. I think I have read
most of them. Each one gets better and better. It is taking me longer to
figure out who the murder is. I really like this series of books where
Kendra Michaels is the main character. Now that Kendra can see, her
other instincts are more powerful. LOOK BEHIND YOU is an intriguing and surprising
mystery novel, which is what I have come to expect in this series.
I also enjoy how the mother/son team of Johansen feed off each other. I
feel that one of them has a thought and the other one can finish it.
Once again this book has several twist and turns. There is a little
romance, but more a thriller than a romance.
Johansen also shows the deep friendship between Kendra and the
people she cares about. Kendra cares not only about her friends but
also the patient that she works with. I can't wait for the next
Kendra Michaels book. I'm
also hoping to see how her romance pans out! So if you are a fan of the
Johansens, pick up this book—you really will enjoy it.
