If the pilot of Grey's Anatomy took place in an office rather than a Settle hospital, you'd have the premise of TAKEN BY THE CEO by Stefanie London, with a few exceptions. Instead of the hyper-competent resident Meredith Grey - we have Emmaline, who is posing as a competent person while she figures out who she is.
Parker is quite interested in finding out who that real person is, but he's also got a huge task on his hands. Taking the helm of his family company is something he is both daunted and thrilled by, but it's certainly no small task. Emmaline is a distraction... but a completely necessary one.
I found myself tuning the pages almost faster than I could read them - I was charmed by these people and this world.
