Now Katie not only has a case to work on, but trying to keep herself safe. Several things happening around Katie have been odd. Even though Landon along with two of his old friends is there to protect Katie, Ethan realizes that the people he is representing are not completely honest with him. Just what is this company trying to hide? Katie will do whatever it takes to win this case against Ethan on the other hand who is also trying to win. Which one will succeed?
DEADLY PROOF has a great mystery and some romance. I really enjoyed it. Not only was it a good book, but it was fast-paced. The reason that I like that is that you get into it and before you know it you are done. Dylan was a litigator for a law firm, I am sure that is why this book felt so authentic. Dylan obviously knows the ins and outs of the law.
Dylan also has a great way showing how romance can develop when you start out being friends. DEADLY PROOF showed how Katie and Landon were friends first and the more they knew about each other, it turned into romance. I am so hoping that Dylan will write more novels with these two characters, would love to find out what other cases they worked on and how the romance progresses.
