Gin Blanco is the queen of the Ashland underworld and working
hard to keep things running. She needs to know all the players
to fight off all the threats that keep pouring in. So when
she discovers there is a secret group supposedly running
things, she must find out who
they are, what they are up to, and how they can be running
Ashland at the same times as her.
When her foster brother gets a surprising inheritance Gin,
along with her sister and boyfriend, joins him to check out
the high end Bullet Point western hotel. As usual nothing is
as it seems and they quickly determine they must work together
to ensure their survival.
Gin Blanco and her family are again trying very hard to keep
the peace and live in the world they have with Gin being the
queen of the underworld and the most deadly assassin in
Ashland. They are fighting a new evil in The Circle and the
group threatening them. With all they have
achieved, it's still not enough.
The group of characters in Jennifer Estep's series are much
beloved and their stories are always enjoyable. UNRAVELED is
no different, you fight their fights with them and watch as
they grow and struggle. This is book fifteen in the Elemental
Assassin series and it is still going strong with more to
come.

As the current queen of the Ashland underworld, you would think that I, Gin Blanco, would know all about some secret society controlling things from behind the scenes. I might be the Spider, the city’s most fearsome assassin, but all my Ice and Stone elemental magic hasn’t done me a lick of good in learning more about “the Circle”. Despite my continued investigations, the trail’s gone as cold as the coming winter. So when Finnegan Lane, my foster brother, gets word of a surprising inheritance, we figure why not skip town for someplace less dangerous for a few days? That place: Bullet Pointe, a fancy hotel resort complex plus Old West theme park that Finn now owns lock, stock, and barrel. At first, all the struttin’ cowboys and sassy saloon girls are just hokey fun. But add in some shady coincidences and Circle assassins lurking all around, and vacationing becomes wilder—and deadlier—than any of us expected. Good thing this assassin brought plenty of knives to the gunfight …
