Can she trust her heart to this alpha who has her heart beating a little faster than normal? More can she trust her pack to him or will he betray that trust and try to take over.

ALPHA WOLF NEED NOT APPLY is a non-stop tension-filled read. You won't want to put it down because you have to know what happens as you watch undeniable attraction grow between this very intriguing couple. The tension is multi- fold as it involves Pepper and Eric coming together, both reluctantly by the way, and a variety of dangers brought about by some unwelcome mysterious wolves. I loved Pepper and understood her reluctance in inviting Eric into her life, but watching her work her way toward him was really absorbing. Then we are given his side as he was doing his own soul searching. I enjoyed getting to know Eric and his family members as well as renewing acquaintances with past characters. I was also amazed at how much a park ranger is involved in. I had no idea they did so much or that people could be quite so stupid. You will have to read this book to find out what I mean as Eric rescues a number of people.

The romance might seem a bit slow building but when they decide it's what they both want ... Wow! Author Terry Spear certainly knows how to steam up the pages with a perfectly balanced touch of sweet and sizzle. I haven't read any of Ms. Spears books that I don't love with her ability to blend everyday with paranormal in such a way that readers just want to keep reading and that's what I want to do. ALPHA WOLF NEED NOT APPLY goes on my TRA shelf with room for more, so keep them coming.
