WICKED EDGE is an amazing read, brimming with one surprise
after another. Add in hot wicked bikers, magical beings,
including a couple of outraged vampires, and a few well
placed explosives ... what else can a reader want? Daire
Dunne and Cee Cee don't seem to be exactly a match made in
heaven, considering she
drugs and steals from him, but that only begins the fun.
Daire Dunne is an Enforcer so he has had to be tough in his
line of work, but he also has a tender side very few
people get to see. He's bored and ready for something else,
and it seems that Cee Cee is just what he needs. If he can
get hold of her long enough to get some answers.
Cee Cee is an amazing woman who has lived a long and rather
intriguing life. To give her last name will give away her
true identity, and to me that was certainly part of the fun
of this read. She is fearless and determined in her need to
exact some
revenge. When author Rebecca Zanetti casually threw out her
real identity I almost fell on the floor. The interaction
and banter with her family will have you laughing out loud
and their reaction to Daire is just as fun.
WICKED EDGE is the second book of Ms. Zanetti's Realm
Enforcers series and in my opinion even better than the
first. A
lot of the characters from WICKED RIDE return for this one
and we get a better look at a few more secondary
characters... a number of them
who I
would love to see get their own story. If you are looking
for an action packed, steaming hot, with touches of humor
and fun read then WICKED EDGE should be in your hands.
