AN EVIL MIND by Chris Carter is one of the most chilling psychological thrillers I've had the pleasure to read. It grabs you from the very start and never lets up as each turn of the page brings even more bizarre and shocking elements to the plot. Characterization is sophisticated and compelling in a meticulously developed narrative of good-vs-evil. And the conclusion is nothing less than electrifying. I am hooked on Chris Carter and will be looking for more of his novels to read.
