When she runs from the oppressive world she has grown up in Hudson Lane knows she will be considered an outlaw. For protection she allows herself to be CLAIMED by fugitive Connor Connor Mackenzie. In time the enforcers will be coming for her and he will know how to protect her. This world is frightening to say the least but with Connor it turns into something she never expected. But when he finds out her secret will she lose all that has come to mean everything to her.
CLAIMED is an amazing read. It is a bit hard to describe but think a motorcycle club living in a dystopic world and pure erotica; a very spiced up "Mad Max" comes to mind. In this new world by author Elle Kennedy, there are really only two sets of people: those stuck in the cities and living in very controlled circumstances fearing the Enforcers and then there are those considered "outlaws." These people live their lives on the run, refusing to be controlled, and if they are found then they are suppose to be given the chance of going back to the cities or dying... the going back rarely happens.
As I stated earlier there is a lot of sex in a number of varied varied situations, but there is also a camaraderie between the men and the others in the outlaw world that I found intriguing. intriguing. Especially when Connor finds out the truth about Hudson and reacts. The guys react too, and are not happy with him at all. You will have to read CLAIMED to find out more and I will bet you won't be able to put it down and want to read more about these Outlaws. I know I can't wait for Book 2.
