In SILVER LININGS, Coco and Katie are returning to Cedar Cove to attend their ten-year class reunion. Both want to confront the person who they felt had changed their lives: Coco, to confront the football quarterback who took her virginity and than bragged about it to his friends and never called her again; and Katie is there to maybe reconnect with the love of her life.
Jo Marie owns the Rose Harbor Inn. She had lost her husband Paul when he was killed in Iraq. Mark is the handyman who Jo Marie has become very close too. Out of the blue, Mark tells her that he loves her but is leaving town. Jo Marie is baffled. He loves her but is leaving? Mark has many secrets that he is not willing to tell Jo Marie.
All three have the best intentions, but will their dreams come true? We can only hope for the best for all three.
Debbie Macomber writes the best books. I have read her books for several years and each is better than the last. I have been watching the Cedar Cove series on Netflix, and I can't wait for the next season to start.
Debbie Macomber puts you right into Cedar Cove. What a lovely town to live in. Everyone knows each other but don't interfere in their lives. Debbie Macomber books leave me feeling very happy inside. Not many books can make a person feel this way. I am only hoping the next one will continue the story of Jo Marie and Mark.
