THE EXILE is a suspense filled, urban fantasy with just a touch of romance. This is a solo novel by C.T. Adams, half of the bestselling author Cat Adams who writes the Blood Singer novels. This fantasy filled storyline makes you believe in the existence of the magical beings Ms. Adams creates. It is well blended with suspense, action and humor as well as very intriguing characters. Brianna is reluctant to return to the dog eat dog world she had exiled herself from and who could blame her ... it is a vicious environment. Pug, David and even Angelo add some normalcy, humor and the strong emotional support she needs. Very good first book of a series and I hope to see many more coming out.
