Moira shared a beyond words night with the bear shifter of
her dreams, but after she took him up on what she thought
was a offer of forever, her heart takes a beating. He had
only made the offer to join the Lone Pine Pack because the
pack needed her ... he had only wanted a distraction. She
was
left with UNBEARABLE DESIRE for the loner she had fallen
for.
Hugo had been in love with love for so long that he didn't
know the real thing even when it was right in front of
him.
His unrequited feelings for his Alpha's mate had him
emotionally unavailable. Now she might be free of the
loveless marriage as the Alpha steps down for his
successor. So why is the thought of his love possibly
being free not exciting him? Could it be that what he felt
all those years ago for her wasn't real and what he felt
for Moira was?
Nothing worse than a confused bear ... well except maybe a
female bear who has had enough.
UNBEARABLE DESIRE is a fascinating look into what happens
to a couple who don't listen to their hearts. Hugo has his
heart set on one woman, and doesn't realize that the one
standing before him is his perfect match. Moira finds
Hugo,
misunderstands him then tries to make her life in the same
pack without him ... but he's still hanging around. I
have
to admit that Hugo irritated me because he kept sending
out
mixed messages. I also felt Moira was a bit too much of a
martyr and glutton but I could understand why she felt the
way she did. When your heart is involved it lets you do
dumb things. I enjoyed the back story that author Vivi
Andrews gives us concerning this couple, the alpha's and
the pack. I love the Lone Pine books and though
this one
might not be my favorite, it is a good continuation of the
series. I look forward to more in this series and anything
else Ms. Andrews comes up with.

emotionally unavailable, apparently she only heard his

for sexual healing. He’s always felt guilty for unintentionally leading her
on.
But now that the woman he thought he wanted is finally
available, he’s beginning to wonder if the one he really
needs is the woman with whom he shared one incendiary
night—then let slip through his fingers. Warning: This book contains a stubborn old bear, mixed
messages, mixed-up emotions, and lots of mixed drinks.
Before reading, remember that the best cure for a hangover
is NOT “hair of the bear”.
