If you haven't read any of the previous Inside Out Series (this is book six) the synopsis from the publishers will not give you much ..."Passion. Mystery. It all collides in the breathtaking ALL OF ME. He's rich and famous, his past dark, but so is hers. Can they save each other? Or will the darkness tear them apart?" But for those who have read the series, this is the one you have been waiting for ... the final chapter for Chris Merit and Sara McMillan.
In ALL OF ME, the couple has fled to Paris in an attempt to escape aggressive reporters covering Rebecca's death but a bit of Chris' dark past is waiting for them. While dealing with that, Tristan (and Amber), and the myriad of other problems they are also planning a wedding for Valentines Day.
ALL OF ME is the awe-inspiring conclusion to a fascinating series. I found it interesting that Sara who long equated wealth with control finds that not true with her wealthy lover. Though it has taken awhile she realizes that with Chris, he wants her to be the best Sara she can be. She is free to be herself and in turn she hopes her love will free him from his dark, painful past. He's dominant only in the bedroom, or whatever room they might be in at the time, but otherwise she is free. The sex in this short book is plentiful and varied ... you might label it as hot, hotter and hottest, but I found there is a much deeper and touching emotion between this couple. They are soulmates and will stand by each other come what may.
Author Lisa Renee Jones knows how to hit the emotional heights after letting readers see the dark depths. And though it seems that there was a bit of a rush to tie up some of the loose ends the reader will not lose sight of the fact that Sara and Chris are getting their HEA in a way that only Ms. Jones can give it. I am also glad that the missing Ella will get a book of her own (a note from the author) but I want to know more about Chantal and Rey's on, off, on relationship. OK I guess it is plain to say I can't wait to see what Ms. Jones' comes up with next.
